How to have page up and page down in safari iPad
Add these as bookmarklets in your bookmark bar:
They are for page up and page down, respectively.

Hi, just got an iPad today and the lack of page flipping is killing me. How does one add the JavaScript you provided to the bookmarks?
Just add bookmark on any page, say, google.com, then edit the bookmark, replace the google.com with the JavaScript snippet.
